Charnock's long unbeaten run came to an end with a penalty shoot-out defeat to Euxton Villa in the second round of the Richardson Cup. The game finishing 2 - 2 after extra time, with the Charnock goals coming from Carl Grimshaw and Andy Roberts.
The Reserves won through to the Quarter Finals of the Houston Cup with a hard fought 3-2 win at Garstang Reserves.

Charnock beat Fleetwood Hesketh 4-0 at Mossie Park with goals from Phil Jackson, Tom Morgan, Carl Grimshaw and Alex Porter. The game was suspended for 30 minutes awaiting an ambulance after Jamie Dalton (Fleetwood Hesketh) collapsed on the pitch in the second half.
The Reserves go to the top of the table after their 3-1 win at Haslingden St Mary's with goals from Ian Billington, David Sharp and Rick Ainscough.
Tom Croston scored the goal in the A team's 4-1 defeat against Preston Wanderers.

Charnock won this top of the table clash against Poulton Town 2-0 with both goals coming from Chris Robinson. Andy Roberts made his 600th first team appearance in this game. Stephen Lynch scored the A teams' goal in a 3-1 defeat at Southport Amateurs.

Charnock Richard win 2-1 at Eagley in the Cup. John Sanderson scored in the first half and Andy Roberts added a second goal before Eagley pulled a goal back with two minutes left.
The Reserves had a good win 2-0 over Stoneclough Reserves with Matt Kay and Danny Regan scoring the goals.
