Charnock drew 3-3 in their season opening friendly against Evo-Stik League outfit Clitheroe. Carl Grimshaw, David Burrows and George Craddock scored the goals for Charnock.

The draw for the First Round of the Lancashire Amateur Shield has been made. Charnock Richard are away at Furness Rovers on 4th September.
If Charnock win this game they will be at home to Monton Amateurs in Round 2 to be played on 25th September.
